To me, yoga is learning to live than just exist. It is beyond the physical aspect, it is a way of life. Yoga is about being present and content in the moment, learning to have control of your mind, accepting and loving yourself, as well as other beings. Yoga helps to find your true self and helps to shed the layers of yourself that has been created by social norms and expectations.
It gives me pure joy to serve others in hopes of helping them find their own true self, power, happiness, peace and to reach their full potential through the path of Yoga. Having trained as a professional ballet dancer, I grew with self discipline, and psychical awareness, that I apply to my practice and teaching. In 2016 I completed my 200hr Teacher Training from Dharma Bhakti Yoga school. I’m truly grateful to have the opportunity to learn, teach, inspire and share my passion.
