Must cancel 2 hours before class begins.

Late cancellations will result in losing a class or drop-in or a fee for Monthly/Unlimited Intro Offer Students

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

​

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. We have an open practice space without a reception area. Taking the time to arrange your practice space before class will be helpful for a prompt start and considerate for your fellow yogis. We understand that traffic and other things happen, so please arrive quietly. The beginning of a yoga class is important for everyone to gather their attention inward allowing for a well rounded mind/body connection for a beneficial practice.

Please remove your shoes when entering. Place your shoes on the shoe trays/carpet or on the step below the window bench. Please do not wear shoes in the practice space.

Enter the studio with Mindfulness. Students come to yoga to de-stress and to find some quiet time in their busy lives. Be mindful of your fellow yogis sitting in meditation or restoring on their mat and speak softly. 

Our community is also lively and welcoming, so please feel free to have those conversations with a level of mindfulness for those around you.

Let the teacher know of any injuries. The more the teacher knows, the more he/she can offer modifications for your well-being.

Be aware of the space around you. We might have a full class, so please notice if you might need to shift your mat to allow good space for everyone. (Backpacks/bags can be left on the window seat cushion.)

​

If you need to leave early, arrive early so that you may place your mat by the door. Please let the teacher know that you will be leaving before the class ends.

​

Studio Props are available, so please return them to their rightful place as you found them. We strive to have a clean and orderly space for all arriving students.
