Join Marni Goldner for an introductory course on Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
In this 3 session workshop we will activate and utilize our Kundalini Energy to create peace and prosperity in our lives. We will achieve this through Kriyas (yoga sets), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation. We will balance the glandular and energetic systems expanding our intuition and inspiration.

JOURNEY TO HANDSTAND PRACTICE

A yogi’s journey towards a handstand is nothing short of elusive. In this workshop, we will review key elements to the posture with an overview of anatomy and common obstacles often experienced by practitioners. We will begin to assess our own bodies, what our strong suits and limitations are. We will then build off our baselines and review preparatory postures that can serve as actions and counter-actions that are essential to the safe entry and exit of this posture. It will be fun, it will be playful, and it will be a chance to explore our potential on our journey towards sustaining this beautiful inversion.
