YIN YASA FOR MEDITATION: FEELING AT HOME IN YOUR BODY
An Online Workshop through Zoom
One of the major challenges of meditation is finding relative comfort in the physical body. Frustrations ranging from unpleasant sensation to outright pain can derail our best efforts to sit in stillness and connect with awareness itself.
In this workshop, we will discuss some of the physical foundations for ease in meditation, and how to set ourselves up for success.
Class will include a YinYasa practice (yin yoga + vinyasa) to prepare the body to meditate, and end in a seated meditation practice.
