Caroline had always wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated to start as many people do. She lived around the corner from a yoga studio in Manhattan for over 2 years before finally venturing in. After one class, she was hooked and realized that the yoga community she had hesitated to join was so warm and welcoming. And, what began as a physical practice quickly took on a deeper meaning and transformed many aspects of her life. Caroline then completed her 200 hour teacher training at New York Yoga in 2012.
Caroline is also a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, specializing in weight management, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. She received a B.S. in Biology from Saint Joseph’s University and a M.S. in Nutrition Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
Caroline hopes that after taking her class, her students are able to find a few moments of stillness in their fast-paced lives and feel more open both physically and mentally.
