Bill began his yoga journey In 1995, to relieve his persistent back pain. He studied Bikram yoga for 10 years before expanding his knowledge to include other styles of yoga, such as Ashtanga Yoga and studying with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC. In 2014 he completed a 300 hour Hatha Raja Yoga Teacher Training, directed by Yogi Andrei Ram, the direct successor of Sri Dharma Mittra. Recently, Bill completed a 40 hour intensive teacher training in the Ashtanga yoga primary series with David Swenson & Shelly Washington.Bill now blends his knowledge of yoga and Crossfit to structure classes that are especially suited with the athlete in mind. He guides his students not only through breath and movement, but also with humor and playfulness to keep you at ease!
