Anna’s passion is to help people find a happy and sustainable life through movement, ease, life balance and healthy real food. Anna is 200hr Yoga Alliance certified, Strala Yoga certified, Ishta Yin Yoga certified and has also been trained in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga and Restorative.
