I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. In addition, I am a Group Fitness Instructor certified through ACE. I am a long time yoga practitioner with a dance background as well as being a lifelong athlete.
My training includes the constant and continuous study of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga System. All aspects are studied in this ancient practice, including; benefits, anatomy, modifications, alignment, adjustments and philosophy. Committed to a six day a week practice, I am able to understand the benefits and the dedication that is required of an Ashtanga Vinyasa practice. Gaining the knowledge of this healing practice, I am able to share this philosophy with my students. My training also includes, Yin Yoga, Yoga Warriors, and Restorative yoga.
Yoga is a life-time learning experience, I will forever be a student. Growing, learning and laughing with my students is one of my greatest joys. My classes are designed to keep you safe while being challenged.
